Using ShipMyShop
You must provide accurate account, purchase, parcel, payment, and delivery information and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for confirming that items may be purchased, exported, imported, and delivered to the destination country.
Orders and payments
Product prices, service fees, shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs charges, storage fees, and other costs may apply. Estimates can change after an item or parcel is inspected, measured, or weighed. An order is not final until ShipMyShop confirms it and any required payment is received.
Prohibited and restricted items
We may refuse, return, hold, or dispose of prohibited, dangerous, illegal, counterfeit, restricted, or incorrectly declared items, subject to applicable law and carrier rules. Customers are responsible for checking destination and carrier restrictions before ordering.
Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates. Customs, carriers, weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Claims for loss or damage are subject to the selected carrier's rules and any purchased insurance.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your login details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, non-payment, or conduct that harms ShipMyShop, customers, providers, or carriers.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipMyShop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
